    I don’t understand what you mean by “doesn’t work”. The plugin itself is less likely to not work. Most likely I think you mean other plugins doesn’t work anymore, if they utilizes the wp_enqueue_scripts hook incorrectly.

    No, the plugin does not affect the database and also there is no need to backup before installing and activate the plugin.

    I’m sorry for the other post when I noticied the post it was to late to remove it so I created a new one !
    What I mean with doesn’t work, it’s not the plugin, you know sometimes there is a conflits with other plugins that what I mean :). I will try your plugin and make a donate

    It is unlikely to be a conflict with other plugins.
    Most likely other plugins may stop working, if you have plugins or a theme that utilizes wp_enqueue_scripts incorrectly. Since not every plugin developer follows the WordPress standards, you may need to disable some plugin options if you experience issues with such a plugin.
