about the mandatory home tab…

Hey, love the design!
The only thing I have a hard time wrapping my head around is in the theme options, a page is created. Called “home”. But i don’t want that page, at all. I can not sett it as either my frontpage or my postpage, so why would i use it. Is there an easy way of removing the whole page. Because it doesnt show up in “pages” and it is really annoying me.
