    Since you were able to send a test email in the WP Mail SMTP plugin successfully, it means that the plugin is configured properly and works as expected.

    The error you are facing when trying to submit the form is returned by the form.

    I’ve tried to submit the mentioned form and was able to do this. If you face this issue once again, please, reach out to the form plugin support team/developer. They’d hopefully be able to help.
