About Tab Links To Nothing

I just installed the “This Just In!” 2.8 theme by John Crenshaw. It created two tabs at the upper right. One is ‘Home’ and one is ‘About’. I can create entries for the ‘Home’ page, but can’t figure out where to create entries for ‘About’. I’ve since created a page called ‘About’ thinking maybe that would help, but still nothing comes up on the tab…though the actual page called “About” does work.
