About shareing with picture and text content

  • Hi, I want to use “Gettr” (Facebook and Twitter have no problem) to share with post on my website. It has no problem with sharing at mobile end but It can only show the title and link on PC end without feartured picture and text contect. What is the problem probably? Thank you!

  • Do you have a link where you can look at it? Do you use a plugin for this or is it integrated in your theme? Depending on this and by looking at the link you can tell what is wrong.

    Hi, thank you for your respond. I used plugins called “Sassy social share” and “Open Graph Meta”. They work well with mobile phone end but not working well at PC end. When I share with Gettr on PC end, it only pick the title and link of the post, no featured picture and text content.

    Since there is no known link to your site, I would recommend you to contact the support of the two plugins.
