    Hi!

Ok, new problem. I have a site with a subsite. AIOS is activated on the network. Today, I activated salts in the main site. Now, I can’t rotate (I’m not sure it’s the right word). If I login on the main site, I have access to the site and the network dashboard, but the subsite is “unavailable”. If I login on the subsite (where there is no option to add salts), I cannot access the main site nor the network dashboard, both are unavailable.

Is it normal? Can be a problem with cache (litespeed plugin and server)? Is there something that I can do or is it better to deactivate salts?

    Thank you and regards!

    Hi arutha,

We have recently identified this issue that for multisite if salt enabled and as super admin you try access (switch from main site to subsite) it asks super admin to login again. If you will login it will allow access to subsite but as salt stored for main site not used for subsite it makes super admin to login again.

We are working on to fix this issue and get back to you asap. But you can access subsite / main site login again.

    Regards

    Hi @arutha176

Below copy of the plugin may resolve your issue the multisite sal postfix on and subsite access needs super admin to re login.

Please upload the zip as Add new plugin and replace it with existing AIOS plugin.

    best regards
