About rich snippets and SEO

    First of all, thank you so much for developing a useful plugin.

    I am using Creative works snippet on Post and get star ratings from visitors.

    It is working well and star rating will be displayed on the Google search result.

    But if the rating is bad, can it have a negative impact on SERP?

    Or Star rating (reviews) have nothing to do with SERP?
