About PayPal Checkout – Default Country Flag for Credit Card

Hello.

I have searched about this issue online for a while, no direct answer yet, so just want to ask is anybody knows about it or it still has no solution.

I am in Canada, and all customers are in Canada too.

I have setup the PayPal Checkout to receive Credit Card. Just when clicking on it to pay for the credit card, beside the Billing Address, it always show a US flag, and it needs the customer manually changes it back to Canada flag, otherwise it will show errors as the customer uses Canadian credit card.

And in the General setting of WooCommerce, I set everything of the country and the location is Canada already. Here is the screenshot of the setting page: https://imgur.com/Am0CE6H

And in PayPal, I set the primary currency is Canadian already.

Is there anything else I missed so it set to US all the time, or actually there is no solution yet for this situation?
