    Hello.

I got a problem about the warning of “Mobile assistant connector not found”, but I figure it out later, so want to share my experience in case other people may have the same situation.

I setup Mobile Assistant on the website and installed the app on two tablets, they were working good, but one day both of them showed the warning saying the mobile assistant connector not found.

Later, I found that it was because I installed another plugin “Password Protected” and enable the password just for the client to review before it opens to public. And once I enable it, the mobile assistant cannot connect to the website.

So if you have the same problem, maybe you want to first check any plugin is protecting or hiding the website. I tried the Coming Soon plugin, looks like that one is OK.

    Hope that will hope you.

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Mobile Assistant.

Indeed, the app may not collaborate with all the plugins, as it is intended for default WooCommerce functonality.

We encourage every user to contact our support here or directly via our official website, so we could investigate the plugins compatibility or take care of any other request.
