About Me widget image blurry

Hello,

This seems like it should be super simple and straightforward, but I can’t get my “About Me” widget image to be sharp. It’s blurry no matter if the image is 600px by 600px or 200px by 200px (the suggested size). I’ve fooled around with the image for hours and watched videos and read how-to articles and a couple other similar topics in this forum, but alas, none of those suggestions have worked and I have been unable to figure out how to do it. And so I ask for your help!
