about me plugin

  • I’m looking for a plugin that would help consolidate all social sites people us around the web into a nice looking about me page. Something that list the links and maybe little data from my flickr,myspace,delicious,digg,mybloglog,technorati, livejournal,skype,IM,etc

  • Well, considering that those sites all provide different types of information and in different formats, that’s going to be hard to do.

    At the most basic level this plugin could just link to your “profile” page for each of these services.

    I started a VERY basic output on my current about page
    https://www.savagenomads.net/about/

    My idea is an admin page that lets you just put your username for each of these services and depending on each site, it will create the link, pull rss, images, etc

    Maybe create an account on Findmeon.com or ONXIAM https://www.onxiam.com and either point the about me link to that site, or set your account up their and copy and paste that site into a wordpress page and see what happens.
