about link problems

hello,i noticed after activated this plugin,the default url of message reply changed,for example the ,default url is /messages/view/84/,but after activated,the url changed to /bp-messages/?thread_id=84 .for some reasons url is important to my site,is there a way to change plugin’s url to default url?thank you.
