About “Issues when editing pages using Divi theme and WooCommerce 3.2.4”

    Hello,
    After reading the topic “Issues when editing pages using Divi theme and WooCommerce 3.2.4” created by Claudiu Lodromanean, i updated Woocommerce to 3.2.5. But the problem is not solved : i can’t flip to the correct page on back-office from home page. Woocommerce invited me to update database but i’m not sure i must do that. What must i do ? Waiting ? I returned on Woocommerce 3.2.3 and everything is fine.

    As mentioned in “Issues when editing pages using Divi theme and WooCommerce 3.2.4, this should be fixed in WooCommerce 3.2.5 – can you please update the database? You’ll need to do that to ensure that the full update has been applied.

    Thank you Hannah,
    I updated Woocommerce and the database, but the problem is not solved: when I want to modify my Home page (ID 1119), it opens a post (ID 246). When I open this post in the back office, I can go to the correct post in the front office. This problem is only on the home page.
    I must reinstall Woocommerce 3.2.3 to obtain the correct behavior. Can i do that now ?
    I use Divi, Woocommerce and WordPress, all in the last versions.

    After several tests, When I build a page which only contains a post and other simple sections, everything works fine. When I add a Woocommerce section (promotions, last products, ..), the links between back and front office doesn’t work and I go to the back office of the post displayed.

    Okay, you’re referring to the Divi sections that you can add.

    Could you please paste a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    I have to specify too that I work on a multisite on WordPress. And this web site is still in development, not public.

    My page declared as home shop has gone away this afternoon. I reinstalled Woocommerce 3.2.3 but i have a 404 error ??

    I am also having the same issue. Updated to latest version of woocommerce and divi elements will not load correctly. Library elements are all mixed up and when I try and edit a page I end up on a post edit. Rolled back to 3.2.3

    Several users have the same issue (I received their posts, but they are not displayed there, I don’t know why).
    I posted on DIVI support and the team is still looking on my back-office.

    Hello. This seems to be a bug with the latest WooCommerce version(s) (3.2.4 and 3.2.5), our developers are looking into it and it should be fixed in one of the next updates, for now I’d recommend sticking with WooCommerce 3.2.3 until we fix it or use the Visual Builder, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hey @mirobolus – we issued a fix in WooCommerce version 3.2.5, and then Elegant Themes found a problem with Divi. I’d recommend checking on it with Elegant Themes.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Divi page settings opens but not the builder. Its not a plug in issue. This goes on for months now off and on… i have the latest version word press everything up to date divi errors
