about intellectual property

Hi, I am developing an app fetching all radio data importing with you plugin. I mean is a webview app calling the wordpress links with your plugin, I am trying to submit the app into apple store, they sent me an email informing that I am violating the intellectual propierty sharing the stations, and I need to send to them a proof
to appeal. I want to know if you have a support for this, I bought your plugin and I didn’t know if was illegally. Thanks
