ABOUT, how do I make…

…an “ABOUT” page tab actually include info about ME? The tab that I have on my theme ALWAYS goes to a “404” page…

…I apologize up front for the inane quality of my ?, but that’s the way that it is.

Secondly, is it possible to create additional tabs as desired, or is that a function of the theme that one is using?
