About Disallowed Comment Keys

  • Hi, I have add disallowed comment keys in wordpress discussion setting, but customers still can use the disallowed word to leave a product review. I have tried using the disallowed word to leave a common on a post, it works. So it is the problem of your plugin.

    The Disallowed Comment Keys are not connected with the plugin reviews, they only work with the default comments, but not with the product reviews added by the plugin, sorry.

    Hi, because your plugin are not connected with dISALLOWED Comment Keys and also don’t support Akismet, there are so many spam reviews are left. Even your plugins has reCaptcha, it doesn’t help reduce the spam reviews. DO you have any good iead about spam reviews?

    Unfortunately this version of our plugin doesn’t have reCaptcha as a feature. In this case you should use an external service or another reCaptcha plugin.
