    Wow, you have got to be kidding me. I spent over an hour with you directly trying to help you resolve a simple issue (your credentials are simply wrong) and now you leave me a 1 star rating..??

    Follow the instructions that I provided in detail in our trouble ticket and you will not have any other problems.

    If you need more help I’m happy to resolve the issue with you, but not until you adjust this rating. I really cannot believe you would have left this after the time I spent with you.
