About Credly acclaim account

    Hello,

    I read the doc of Gamipress, it mentions that “A Credly acclaim account is required to be able to have an organization who issue badges”
    My questions are:
    1.The acclaim account needs extra fee from Credly, is that correct?
    2.If I don’t have an Credly account, I can’t create(Open Badge Compliance) , issue and make the badge verifiable, is that correct?
