    After creating a ticket, it stays on the same screen. Tickets are created over and over again.

    I just test this and seems it’s working fine. I think there might be an JS conflict with some other plugin. Could you please check the browser console? Moreover you can open ticket in our support channel our support agents always active there, so you will get faster response there and they will help you.
