About change navigation dots colour

Thanks for the web page link. Yes, you can change Post Slider and Carousel with Widget Post Slider dots color by below CSS snippet.

Please add below CSS to WordPress Appearance > Customizer > CSS section and save it. You can change to your desired color.

.psac-slider-and-carousel .owl-dots .owl-dot.active {
  background: #ed8012;
}
