About category slugs that remain in the deleted taxonomy

    When I delete taxonomy, the old category slug I made in taxonomy remains, right?

    (I registered only slug, not Description.)

    But I forgot the taxonomy slug.

    If so, can I remove the old category slug? (I’m worried that the problem is that the old category slug remains in the database)

    Do I need to remove the old category slug?

    Please give me advice

    I believe there are tools out there regarding cleaning up orphaned terms and taxonomy data, but I also know that they typically don’t take up a lot of space in the database, so there’s not necessarily a lot of worry about just leaving.

    Typically the term data for the terms in the database are the primary focus of the wp_term_* database tables, rather than the taxonomy slug itself.
