    Hi all,

As the subject, after updated to the latest version of theme, scroll to top and sticky function will be disappeared on Opera browser. I tried it with Google Chrome and MS EDGE browsers which they are normal.

Please help to investigate this issue. Thanks in advance!

  • Hi @pierre1688,

Perhaps your Opera browser is disabling or blocking JavaScript? If Opera doesn’t do that, maybe there’s an installed extension causing it?

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi @bsfherman,

All settings of Opera browser are the same. Even after updated the latest version of theme! This situation never see with previous versions of theme.

I make sue the JS is enabled for Opera browser and no any extra plugins with it.

Please help to check it again! Thanks.

    Hi @bsfherman,

I don’t think this issue was caused by Ad block of Opera. It was still happening on my side. The attached picture is for your further reference. You can see the Google Ads is existed. But both sticky function and scroll to top are all disappeared.

Please help to check it again. Thanks.

    Hi?@bsfherman,

I just tried to another test website with the latest version of theme. I can’t reproduce this issue again! So, I assume one of plugins which has something wrong. The theme should be stable and reliability so far.

So, I will close this issue and investigate it on my side. Thanks for your help.

    Thanks for the update, @pierre1688!

I checked my dev site, and I didn’t have any problem when I checked it on Opera. So, yes, we can say this issue is specifically happening on your https://prstudio.idv.tw/ site.

Well, good luck and feel free to start a new thread if there’s anything else related to Astra, we can help you with.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
