“about” blank page

  • I have installed & activated the plugin and now when I go to the settings page of google review there are 2 tabs on top “about” and “advanced options” but on the about page it’s just a blank page and on advanced options I can’t click.

    Sounds like it might be a conflict with another plugin. The best way to troubleshoot that is to deactivate all plugins besides Google Places Reviews. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.
