About 500 '500 Errors'

  • I bought the personal license. Built my first slider. Hit ‘Apply’, got a white page and ‘500 Error’.
    Tried again, Hit ‘Save’, got the same ‘500 Error’.
    Went to documentation.
    Saw Instructions: “Get Chrome Browser” (I will not!).
    Disable theme and go back to ‘current theme’ (I will not!).
    Disable all plugins, re-activate one by one until you find the problem: (I will not, my theme and ALL of my plugins worked perfectly before adding Soliloquy Premium).
    I FOUND the problem: It is called Soliloquy!
    One more note: Soliloquy’s ‘Support’ section is simply filled with problems which have not been responded to in months.
    I deleted Soliloquy, installed a FREE slider, and everything works perfectly.
