hello @123nadav and thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks again!

    I did it @wfadam
Maybe need to clear all the connections?

I see you have a button in the Wordfence Tool for that.
(any connection rise the database RAM maybe have too many connections and WorkFence not delete them or reuse them.)

I was not able to locate your diagnostic.

Could you use the “Export” on the Diagnostic page then email the txt file to wftest @ wordfence . com with subject ” @123nadav for WFADAM “.

It could be an issue with the type of DB you’re running. Ive seen this issue in past with people running Ludicrous DB, then switching to Maria DB seemed to resolve it.

The diagnostic should show me more information.

    Thanks again!

BTW another thing i want to say.
I notice differences between my sites… (all my site is identical)

and in WF have manual rules adding automatically in learning mode.

I notice the rules are different from site to site…
is a little wired as well…

    Sorry about the delay @123nadav

You mentioned it happens when running scans and you have Query Monitor enabled. I see phpinfo has been disabled so we can’t see all of the reports but I think Query Monitor being enabled might be involved. It can cause memory exhaustion errors when scans run.

Try to disable Query Monitor and then run the scan again to see if these errors populate again.

    Thanks again!
