Abnormal pointing links

In creating a personal check sheet, I found that many pointing links (div)
they work, others don’t.
I’ll show you the list of non-functioning divs.

For example the direct link > > https://www.mysite.com/user-profile/#pg_event_booking_tab_content

It works regularly as well as all the others, it is not regular that many work and these in the list do not.
You have to make them functional.
Each function linked to a link must be reachable by any personalized button.
