When a valid ABN is entered the plugin returns an error showing a red dot and a -1

The plugin worked perfectly until 1 Dec 2024 and just stopped.

I have tried on all three major browsers with the same result. I have checked the installation and it is fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

We are aware of, and investigating, this issue which was introduced in a version of the plugin which exclusively added changes required by the www.remarpro.com Plugin Review team.

I’ll update you here when we have a resolution.

    Thanks

Any word on a planned fix? This is impacting our business significantly.

Hi team, could you please fix this ASAP?

Our forms are not working with the same issue of returning -1.

EDIT: I have managed to roll back to 2.2.0 and it is working again until you release a fix.

Just reporting the same issue is happening here with ABN numbers still returning -1

Rolling back to v2.2.0 has also temporarily fixed the issue.

    Look forward to an update!

    Hi all

We are doing our best to contribute volunteers’ resources when able. Unfortunately, the changes required by the www.remarpro.com Plugin Review Team to be introduced in v2.2.x significantly impacted accessing the ABN lookup API successfully. We are looking at workarounds that comply with the PRT’s requirements.

Version 2.3.0 hopefully patches this issue, and has been released.

@leggroup Thank you! I’ve updated to v2.3.0 and can confirm it is working.

Appreciate the fix and all the hard work that goes into the plugin!

    Many thanks ??
