Able to place order even with incorrect billing address

Hello,

I am using aramex shipping plugin in my wordpress site in which I am able to place an order on browser refresh even if I entered an incorrect billing address.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter the billing address with an incorrect city name and you will get an error message for it & place order button is disables at that time.

2. Refresh the page and values entered previously will get auto-populated from localstorage or cookies. And if you check place order button it will be enabled.

So the user is able to place an order without any shipping charges.

Can you please help me out to fix this issue asap.
