    Hi, I just upgraded and sent a support ticket but thought I’d submit my question here as well in case anyone knew if this is possible.

    I’m having 2 main issues. The main issues are with mobile video submissions which are the most important as they are easier to access for most users.

    1. On mobile pages, the video recorder is not showing up at all.
    -On a desktop, the recorder shows up and works well, but for some reason has disappeared on mobile. It worked the first day, but no longer shows

    2. When the mobile recorder does work, I need both front and back recorders to work and the pause button to be disabled.
    -Recordings will be short, up to 1 minute. Is it possible to have the pause button disabled as it’s not wanted for this specific camera?

    Thanks for any help and tips provided! I really like how ziggeo integrates with gravity forms and would love to stay with you guys!

    It is always best to either go through support tickets or through here. We are happy to assist through either channel, just let us know what you prefer.

    I found your ticket and I see that you added more details here, however there you have shared the website.

    Since we might need to share the same details, I would suggest that we continue there and then we can just follow up in the end here with the details that could help out others as well.

    ok great, I thought maybe someone else might have had this issue as well and could chip in. But if there’s a resolution, I’ll definitely post here for others!

    I just wanted to update before marking as resolved. Ziggeo support reached out to me and over the past 2 weeks solved my problem! It was a bit complicated so I won’t write too much but it had to do with some major theme/plugin issues in my site blocking the camera from loading. Definitely reach out to their support team if you have questions, they are great! Great support, great plugin!
