Ability to Upload Pictures on a form?

Hi!

I’m currently trying to create a form that not only allows users to submit textbox information and so forth, but also pictures that they upload by clicking ‘Browse my Computer’ etc.

Any ideas or pointers on how I can do this please? Any plugins?
