    Hi

    The built in “Feedback” feature and the admin interface make it extremely easy for various contributor to improve content based on feedback given.

    I would like to ask if there is any method that to place a button/link to toggle the feedback form so user can always submit their feedback? (Consider it was configured where user can only vote once per article)

    Are the limitation due to every feedback must bind with ‘contra’ or ‘pro’ attribute, hence is impossible to submit feedback without making any vote?

    Currently I am still on vacation. I will see if I can build something there in the next two weeks.

    After vacation I will surely have a lot to do at work and I have to see if I can do it in time.

    But I like the idea, so it will be built in any case.

    This option is available since the last update. Settings > Feedback > Already Voted.

    Hurray ~ that was quick, you made an enhancement into live =) This is gonna be so helpful for those who running a knowledge base portal.

    Just a small suggestion ~
    1. Option to hide the feedback form by default, and can be toggle with a <link>
    2. A <helper> class to that allow user to implement into “After Voting” text, maybe something like {feedback-toggle}

    So the end result will be
    X user find this article helpful. [Submit Feedback]

    On click on [Submit Feedback], the feedback form will shown to user.

    For now there is no button, but the possibility to place the feedback form with {feedback_form}.

    I will build the switch as an alternative. Unfortunately I did not have the time for that at the moment, because I have to build with Javascript again and I have to check if it works everywhere.

    You can now use {feedback_toggle} for a button. (Version 4.4.0)
