Ability to sort, re-order and collapse Post Snippets in Admin

    When you have a lot of Post Snippets, the interface get’s a bit unwieldy.

    It’d be nice to have the ability to sort, re-order and collapse Post Snippets in the Admin.

    A remembered manual sort as well as sorting by name would be nice.

    Collapse All and Expand All options would also be handy.
