Ability to review private products?

    Hello! I’m thinking of using CusRev, but on a store that has a lot of products that might never be restocked. When out of stock, they are set to private.

    If a product is bought, it’s out of stock and is turned to private, will people still be able to review it?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Yes, the review reminder will be sent and the customer is still able to review the product. However, the product and review are not published to users.
