Ability to initiate chat with all users from backend?

  • Is there an ability for this plugin for an admin / chat agent to initiate chat with front-end users even if they don’t initiate anything on their end?

    You must have seen all the other live chat options where after 10-20 seconds of user being on page a chat window pops up with an automated message (or someone typing it out live) saying “Do you have any questions?” or something like that.

    I’m interested in seeing functionality like that, where admins can monitor the users on the site and then be allowed to initiate chat sessions with them, instead of the other way around.

    Hello @crazyserb, this feature is already available, see “Enable Manual Chat Initiation” in Settings page. Be aware that enabling this feature uses more resources on your workdpress server.
