Ability to have explanation in Incorrect Answer?

Is there any way to place additional explanatory text in related to the questions or answers?

Especially if someone chooses the wrong answer, it would be nice to provide an explanation that shares content details about the right answer or a larger explanation about what was wrong in their selection.

I dontt see this in the standard fields to be able to add, but didn’t know if there was a way to customize elsewhere.
