    Hey guys,

    Just posting this here because it seems more active than the support email. I purchased SSL Zen Premium a month ago hoping that it might (or at least support might) be able to help me with my previous SSL issues, I had contacted support and after many weeks? I got a response asking me to give access to wordpress and cpanel, after giving the person access I recieved no further communication despite multiple follow up emails.

    For reference I had purchased the premium through the email [email protected] .

    Since then I have tried to reset my website and hoping to reinstall the SSL fresh, unfortunately at this point SSL Zen was giving me errors as well as denying my previous SSL Premium key. As the support email is basically inactive I hope to get a refund for the product as it has not been able to give me anything as advertised.
