Ability to Favorite or Star Plugins

    I would love to have the ability to star or favorite plugins so that when I go to set up a new site I can quickly find them.

    There are many developers out there who make plugins with names similar to plugins that are great, and also many plugins that look good from the descriptions but have flaws.
