Ability to Create Gigs in “Draft” mode

I am looking at using this plugin to create a gig guide for my local area and to save work would like the artists and venues to have the ability to enter there own gigs which would then be held in a “Draft” format for moderation and approval by the administrator/s.

I had a quick look through the settings, but couldn’t see a way to do this. Is there away that this can be done?
