Ability to Add New Group is Gone

    Hey there – the saga continues. We had to revise custom roles, so we removed everything (or so we thought) and are trying to start fresh.

    We re-installed Permissions, but now can’t create anything new (screenshot)

    However, looking at the users, old settings have returned, e.g. supplementary roles are visible.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
