Ability for Visitors to Create Donation Goals from Front End

    Hi there

    I’m working on a site to help my local animal shelters better find homes for their animals.

    I am trying to figure out the best way of delivering the functionality (real estate plugins, job board plugins etc).

    One aspect of what I need is for each animal to have a fundraiser to raise money to cover neutering, vaccination and other costs.

    I really need for the shelters to be able to create these themselves. Is this possible with your plugin – either directly or perhaps by using something like Contact Form 7 to create a form that could then post the necessary data into your plugin?

    Currently this plugin only allow admin to create Donation Goals in admin side.

    Let me know if you want to build this functionality in this plugin.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I am not a programmer so I don’t think I could develop this myself but I wonder if I might be able to use a forms plugin to create donation goals (which I’m assuming are just a custom post type your plugin creates?)

    any thoughts?

    I am guessing that for you to develop this functionality there would be an extra charge, but as I am doing this website as a voluntary thing I wan’t planning on paying for development or premium plugins. I’m trying to create all I need using free plugins only.

    That’s fantastic news!! Thank you so much for your very kind offer.

    I’m still figuring out the best way to get the overall site functionality right so I don’t know at this stage whether shelters will be working in the admin dashboard to create listings or some sort of front end interface.

    I guess until I figure that out, I won’t know what exactly will be needed for getting the donations creation working.

    I will come back to you over the next few weeks once I have a better idea.
