    Hello,
    Thanks for your plugin!
    Unfortunately, I’m not able to send follow-up emails to customers who abandon their shopping carts.
    I have configured the sequences well, the first mail must leave 15 min after the abandonment.
    The SMPT plugin is correctly configured, the test mails are in success.
    The customer appears well in the “WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery” page.
    But in the “Email Details” part : No Email Scheduled
    Even when I click on the “Reschedule Emails” button, nothing happens.
    I check the ‘cartflows_ca_update_order_status_action’ cron by installing the WP Crontrol plugin on my site > Everything is ok.
    I even ran the cron job manually > No emails …

    I don’t know what to do anymore, I need your help, guys.

    Can you please check if you have activated the follow-up email templates?

    If no email template activated, then it will not schedule the emails.

    Can you please check if is there any error in Woocommerce logs and console log?

    Are there any plugins installed that might be causing this?
    ?
    Here is what you can do to check:

    – Deactivate all plugins( Except Woocommerce and Cart Abandonment ) temporarily and see if that solves the error.

    – Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
    ?
    If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website.

    Let us know how it goes.

    I apologize for my late response.
    Thank you for your advice, I have applied it.

    I disable all plugins on the site except Woocommerce and Cart Abandonment : The Cart Abandonment plugin captures well the abandoned shopping cart.

    When I go in the detail of the abandoned shopping carts, in “Email Details” :
    No Email Scheduled.

    I have the same problem of “No Email Scheduled”.

    I don’t know what to do.

    Hello,
    I checked the Woocommerce logs, no reference has an error on the “WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery” plugin.

    I’m attaching pictures of the recovered shopping carts, on which, no mail programming is present, even if I try to restart the mail sequence.

    Hi there! Thought i would ask my query here rather than start a new thread. Hope that is ok.

    The abandoned cart plugin is capturing incomplete orders fine. I have one email template setup to go out after a day.

    When I go to the reports tab and click on an abandoned order to view details, the email details widget states ‘no emails scheduled’, nor does it show a record of any previous emails sent.
    However, I believe that the email is being sent to the customer, and the widget is reporting in error. I placed an incomplete order yesterday, and did receive an email today.

    Please advise, I would very much like to keep track of emails scheduled and sent.

    Can you please let us know if is there any error in Woocommerce log related to the cart abandonment plugin?

    Can you please check are you able to see the scheduled email when you abandoned your cart?
