Abandonned cart but No Email Scheduled

Thanks for your plugin!
Unfortunately, I’m not able to send follow-up emails to customers who abandon their shopping carts.
I have configured the sequences well, the first mail must leave 15 min after the abandonment.
The SMPT plugin is correctly configured, the test mails are in success.
The customer appears well in the “WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery” page.
But in the “Email Details” part : No Email Scheduled
Even when I click on the “Reschedule Emails” button, nothing happens.
I check the ‘cartflows_ca_update_order_status_action’ cron by installing the WP Crontrol plugin on my site > Everything is ok.
I even ran the cron job manually > No emails …I don’t know what to do anymore, I need your help, guys.
