Abandoned Payments Time Frame

    Hello,

    I can’t find out how to change the “timeout” setting for a payment, I mean the time frame in which a payment is marked as “abandoned” in EDD Payments Management.

    Anyone can help? Thank you!

  • Hello,

    It’s not possible within the settings to set the abandonment period, but if you are familiar with WordPress development it’s handled by the edd_mark_abandoned_orders function in the payments/actions.php file.

    You can unhook/override this function if you are familiar with WordPress development.

    Unfortunately we are unable to provide help in relation to custom development.
