Abandoned Orders View Orders Pages, No link to products ? Only title ?

    hello,

    Is it standard that when checking an incomplete order, I can find the name of the products but no direct link to the products ?
    Is it something that you could consider in the future ? Because I am using this list to send manual emails to customers.

    Thank you so much for the great plugin, I will post a good review now.

    Hi @blliem,

    Yes, the plugin displays the product names which are a part of the abandoned order. However, it does not provide any links to go back to the product from the WooCommerce->Abandoned Carts->Abandoned Orders page.

    We’ll definitely consider this feature for one of our future updates. In the meantime, if you wish for us to modify the plugin to accommodate this feature, request you to kindly create a ticket at support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com.

    The changes done for the feature will be incorporated in the next update of the plugin.

    Thank you so much, I think that it can be useful for other people also, as sometimes when checking the abandoned order list products we want to check this product page to know if any information was missing or why customer didn’t complete checkout.
    After this feature is added I will consider buying the full version. Thanks again.

    Hi,

    We have included this feature in our last plugin update version 5.1.0. We have added the product page link on Product name under Abandoned Orders View page. So, you can check by upgrading the plugin if the plugin is not already updated on your site.
