Abandoned not working with woocommerce block plugin

Thank you for sharing the plugin page link.

We have not yet tested our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin with the Woocommerce block plugin so we are not sure whether these plugins are compatible or not. None of our other clients also reported such an issue yet.

Can you please share some more details on this like how you have set up the Woocommerce block plugin at your end? How is the checkout flow designed?

If you can share the screenshots of the setup so we can create the same setup and try to replicate the issue at our end and look into the same.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

I have the same problem, your plugin does not support the “WooCommerce Blocks” plugin and is not compatible with it, and therefore this plugin of yours did not work properly for me (it did not want to send an email)

When I use the regular checkout form from WooCommerce, your plugin works without problems, but if I try to customize the checkout page by installing an add-on, your add-on will not work properly and record email.
