Hi. Is there any solution to activate recovery in cases where the customer adds items to the cart, but leaves it there, without ever having gone to the checkout screen?
    Regards

One more thing: the plugin does not send emails for canceled orders. Is he supposed to behave this way? If so, is it possible to send e-mails for canceled orders? If not, in my case he is not sending emails for this status.

One more detail: besides the canceled orders, the plugin is also not marking as abandoned the “on hold” status. What statuses should the plugin mark as abandoned?

PS: Sorry to send so many messages. I didn’t find an option to edit my original question. Thank you.

    Hello @guertzen,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Plugin captures the checkout and cart data when users visit the checkout page and enter the email address in email field. So it is not possible to track the users who left the cart without vising the checkout page.

    2. The plugin does not send the emails to the canceled order and it is expected behavior. Sending the emails to the canceled order is not valid in most of the cases.

    3. Right now, the plugin marks the order as recovered when Woocommerce order status is ‘processing’ or ‘completed’. For other order status is will still mark as abandoned. Orders that have the status as ‘on hold’ will mark as abandoned.

We are going the add the new feature in plugin where you can select the order status for which you do not want to send the emails. In this feature, you can achieve the second and third requirements. We are relating this feature soon.

Let us know if you have any questions.
