Thank you for the additional information. May I ask you to send screenshots of this automation? All tabs: Event, Filters, Actions, and a peek if everything is correct in the ShopMagic -> Logs tab or if something has a Failed status?

I been having the same issue on my clients’s websites. When I send the email with the link to recover the cart I get the error “too many redirects”, it’s happening to all the websites. Do you found the solution?
