Abandoned carts from 2nd language are not being sent to Mailerlite

    We use WPML to have the site in English (1st language) and Spanish (2nd language). I’m using the abandoned carts automation from Mailerlite, and I noticed that the plugin?only sends abandoned carts to the platform if the user is on the English pages of the website.

    I ran it tests a few times and always got the same issue. To clarify:

    • user on pages in Spanish language (2nd language) – the user email is saved as a new subscriber, but the abandoned cart doesn’t get saved, and the automation is not triggered.?
    • user on pages in English?language (1st language) – abandoned cart is saved and automation works fine

    Any thoughts? Is the plugin compatible with WPML?

    Yes, the plugin is compatible with WPML, we released an update in October 2023 with this compatibility.
