Abandoned carts doesn’t work

  • just configured the 2 plugins as explained in the video. Add the 3 keys (2 woocommerce 1 klaviyo). Create a flow, turn it live…. but it doesn’t work, just installed a free base plugin and it send abandoned cart emails perfectly…. is this plugin already worked once ? i don’t even know where to get support except here.
