Abandoned Cart not working

I have checked the checkout page and can see the plugin Ajax call to capture the data is functioning correctly. See this screenshot: https://bsf.d.pr/i/delfsc

If the orders are not getting recorded as abandoned, it is an issue with the CRON job. Please try to add the Cron through Cpanel.
