    I have downloaded and set up Mailchimp for Woocommerce, as well as set up my 3-email abandoned cart sequence.

    I have tried to test by adding an item to my cart and entering an email into the checkout form. However no email sequence is triggered. What is the process that needs to be completed before an email is added to the automation list?

    Also can you confirm that those who are not on the linked email list will only receive the first email in the sequence?

    Thanks for getting in touch. First off, I can confirm that those not subscribed to the list would only be able to receive the first email in an Abandoned Cart Series and would not be eligible to receive further emails in the automation workflow.

    As for those emails not triggering the Automation, it may be necessary to contact MailChimp’s Support Team so they can directly troubleshoot things with you as there may be some hangups on the MailChimp side of things.

    That being said, I can help double check that there aren’t any baseline issues with the integration that could be causing issues. Could you provide the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report? I’d be glad to help check things over.
